IRRIFILTERS AUTOMATIC DISC with 3 batteries. 2000 D Serie, flange outlet. No control unit
- Micron rating: 120 MESH, 130 micras.
- Maximum pressure 10 bar
- Maximum flow 25m3/h per filter.
- Filtration surface 4.790 cm2.
- Diameter 4”-110mm
Self-cleaning filtration system connected to disc filter elements controlled with 2” valves.
The IRRIFILTERS system with AUTOMATIC rotor effect executes the backwash process in a chamber while the rest of the filtration system is still running and supplying the irrigation station. 💦🌱
ADVANTAGES
- Disc filtration. Maximum safety. Its patented design and building process guarantee a high quality, a high resistance and an impeccable result.
- The rotor effect optimizes the filtration and reduces the cleaning frequency as well as the maintenance.
- As it is a self-cleaning filter element the backwash process uses a minimum amount of water while ensuring an efficient cleaning action. Large filtration area.
- High-density polyethylene manifolds easy to install and to use. High resistance and durability.
- Using a minimal pressure during the backwash process optimizes the electric and water consumption while being highly efficient.
- VERSATILITY, compatibility, easy maintenance. This filtration system allows you to choose from a wide range of flows and configurations while using a minimal quantity of components.
- EASY to transport and install, already assembled.
- Low maintenance, no tools required. Maximum resistance with resistant component that will not wear off over time.
- Systems can be designed and configured according to your needs.
IRRIFILTERS DISC AUTOMATIC complete the backwash process in a separate chamber automatically while the filtration system is still running and supplying the irrigation station. That way the filtration system never stops.💦🌱
PHASE I
FILTRATION: As the water enters the filter it clashes against the deflecting disc which produces a centrifugal movement that keeps waste particles away from the discs where the deep filtration process occurs.
PHASE II
BACKWASH: The filtered water enters the filter element the opposite way which decompresses the discs and produces the backwash. Waste solids are expelled through the drain manifold. The filtration process starts when the discs are compressed again.
