The set of products IRRIFILTERS DISC AUTOMATIC with self-cleaning material is connected to disc filters handled with 2″ (SERIE 2000) or 3″ (SERIE 3000) valves.

IRRIFILTERS system with automatic rotor system completing the backwash process in another chamber while the rest of the filtration is still running and supplying water to the irrigation station.

High intensity and easy to install polyethylene manifold, high resistance and durability.

Operating pressure: 1,5/10 Bar.
Minimum cleaning pressure: 2,5 Bar.

Phases process

IRRIFILTERS DISC AUTOMATIC automatically starts the backwash process in another chamber while the filtration is still running and supplying the irrigation station. That way the filtration never stops running.

PHASE I
FILTERED IN: water enters the filter and clashes against the deflecting disc. It starts a centrifugal water movement which keeps waste particles away from the discs where the deep filtration process occurs.

PHASE II
BACKWASH: The now filtered water goes the opposite way through the filter element decompressing the discs and producing the backwash. Solid waste is expelled from the discs and drained out through the drain collector. The filtering process will start again when the discs are compressed.
